About Me
Sports and fitness have always been important to me. Having represented my country as Captain of the Indian National Rugby Team, I am passionate about giving back and helping others to achieve their goals.
I am a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Personal Trainer with over 10 years’ experience. I trained in London, having completed a Masters in Sports Science, specializing in Strength and Conditioning at Middlesex University, where I also worked with Harlequin’s Rugby Club, a premiership club.
I was formerly Head of Strength and Conditioning for Cult Fit in the UAE, helping to set up their operations there. I am experienced in designing and leading a variety of classes. I have also worked 1-2-1 with several high-profile private clients in India, the UK, and the UAE, helping them to achieve their personal fitness goals.
I love helping people stick with something that they not only get great results from but that they enjoy too. Nowadays, people know that their physical and mental health is worth investing in. I am 100% committed to helping you build better relationships with food and your body, whilst building strength and confidence that will take not just your fitness, but your whole life to the next level.
I specialize in Olympic weightlifting, running bio-mechanics and as a qualified nutrition coach, I offer a holistic approach to fitness and performance, ensuring it is fun, realistic, and tailored to your individual needs.
