Group Classes

Not being able to afford your own round-the-clock personal coach sucks – and it’s only made worse when you can’t find the friends with which to share one. Total Performance, however, has created a strength-based series of small-group PT sessions, where you will be matched with like-minded individuals and work together with a coach and physiotherapist, following a programme that will ensure you reach your fitness goals. It’s the perfect alternative that will help lay the foundations for all your compound movements (squats, deadlifts, OH presses, etc) whilst introducing you to a whole new world of conditioning to complement your strengths, weaknesses and objectives.
